Professional customization of stair connector source manufacturers

The manufacturing process of the stair connector includes a sealing ring, a connecting part and a union nut for connecting the pipe. Therefore, the sealing ring is designed as a ring knife with one or more blades. By screwing the union nut onto the connection part, the ring cutter can be inserted into the cavity of the connection part, and the cavity has a tapered surface. The outside of the sealing ring has an annular reinforcement on one side of the nut.

The ring-shaped stiffener forms a ring surface at the transition area toward the narrow ring portion. The inclination of the ring surface formed by the reinforced part of the ring knife with respect to the pipe axis is 45°-90°. When fully assembled, the axial length of the ring-shaped reinforcement is such that the transfer element provided on the ring surface can transfer its own negative image structure or itself to the end surface of the connecting portion. The transfer member has an outline of a three-dimensional shape, and its negative image can be transferred to the surface of the connecting portion. In a similar way to the stamper, the assembler applies pressure to stamp the negative image onto the surface of the connecting part.
